1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear unboxing video
Product images showing the issue
Without an unboxing video, exchange requests may not be accepted.

2. Return Policy
At present, we do not offer returns for refund on sarees purchased due to:
Change of mind
Color expectations (minor variation due to lighting/screen settings)
Personal dislike after delivery
Incorrect address provided by customer
We strongly recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if:
Ordered product is unavailable after payment
Exchange is not possible for damaged/wrong product
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Custom / Sale Orders
Products purchased during sale, discount offers, or custom blouse stitching (if applicable later) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
